Our
bifold doors to the alfresco have been installed today. After many many clarifications with PD over the
bifolds these are still not how we wanted them. We wanted the right hand door to be able to be opened as a
separate door on its own but with this unit you have to open at least two doors like I have demonstrated. They still look really nice though, I will speak to admin about it but it is not a big deal.

We also had our independent inspector Kevin from New Homes Inspections (found him on the
Homeone Forum) come to inspect the house today. There are quite a few issues to be rectified which will
most certainly put plastering off. He will send me his report tomorrow.

Doors look terrific. We had planned to get them on our original home (Hamilton 34) - even though they are expensive! Hopefully PD will put the correct doors in soon.
Unfortunately our post contract variation that was meant to clarify the bifold doors has the doors the way they have been installed rather than the way we emailed that we wanted them so they won't be changed. We are not too worried as they are still nice just not quite as functional!
