In my last post on 28th May I emailed our CSR about the claimed rain days that it was not raining on and she was going to get back to me. Still no response, what a surprise! I have even emailed a reminder about it and since then forwarded the same email again. Maybe like our last CSR she has left the company and no-one has told us again???
Anyway it is great to see the plaster finally started apparently they will finish tomorrow or Monday and then a different crew come to do the skirtings etc.

Good to see things are moving along now - I've been checking every other day. Just to let you know, your CSR is still around - had an email today! I hope 'C' does a good job for you now...we never see "A", and the trades are getting frustrated with him at our place, too....makes me a little nervous...Anyway, your place is lookung great - it's amazing what a difference the brick cleaning makes, isn't it?!Let's hope it's full steam ahead now!
